Shipping policy

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received an email, your item has not yet been shipped. 

Once you receive a tracking number, your package is no longer in MpKollectionz's hands. Contact USPS for further assistance.

Hair Processing Time

Please allow between 5-10 business days (holidays not included) for your order to process after your order was placed. Processing time still applies for express shipping
